First things first, the carpet needs to be vacuumed thoroughly to ensure that all loose dirt and debris is removed from the fibers. This allows our cleaning products to penetrate the fibers more efficiently to lift and loosen the stubborn dirt and allergens in your carpet. After the carpet is vacuumed, we apply a safe and powerful pre-treatment that breaks down dirt, allergens, and stains, bringing them to the surface for easy removal. Once our treatment has had time to dwell, we then steam clean the carpet to remove not only the soil and germs, but rinse out all the cleaning products as well! This guarantees that the carpet will stay cleaner, for longer. Our steam cleaning process is paired with a very powerful vacuum, so that carpet dries in just a few hours, rather than a full day. If after our initial cleaning, some stubborn stains remain, we individually treat each stain with a different cleaning agent that we deem necessary for the situation. Unlike many other carpet cleaning companies, we do NOT charge extra for each stain you may have. It’s all included in our process! Lastly, depending on your preference, we can leave the carpet with the pattern from our cleaning OR we can “groom” the carpet. The carpet grooming makes the carpet look fluffier by separating the fibers. This does not damage the carpet in any way.
